“No Junk Mail” stickers are respected<\/h2>\n

Our distributors are instructed to skip any letterbox displaying a “No Junk Mail” (or equivalent) sticker, every time. If material still reached you despite a visible sticker, that is a mistake we want to know about \u2014 tell us below and we will address it with the distributor responsible for your route.<\/p>\n

The one exception \u2014 official notices.<\/strong> The only time we deliver to a letterbox displaying a “No Junk Mail” sticker is when the material is commissioned by the Government or your Local Council and is an official notice \u2014 for example garbage-collection schedules or other information of importance to residents. These are not advertising; they are communications every household is meant to receive, and we are asked to deliver them to every door without exception.<\/p>\n

Want to opt out? A sticker is the way \u2014 and it works<\/h2>\n

We deliver unaddressed material street by street, so we cannot reliably exclude individual addresses from a list. What works \u2014 and what our distributors are instructed to honour every single time \u2014 is a visible “No Junk Mail” sticker or sign on your letterbox. Put one up and you are opted out, no forms needed.<\/p>\n

Not receiving offers your neighbours get?<\/h2>\n

The opposite also happens \u2014 some households want the supermarket offers and catalogues and are being missed. Choose “Resident \u2014 request delivery in my area” on the contact form<\/a> and we will check your street against our route coverage.<\/p>\n

Not happy with how something was delivered?<\/h2>\n

Tell us \u2014 with your street and the approximate date. Every route in every locality is assigned to a named distributor, so your message reaches the right person quickly and gets put right.<\/p>\n

One tidy bundle, not five loose flyers<\/h2>\n

Every campaign we deliver is machine-collated before it leaves our warehouse \u2014 so what arrives through your letterbox is one neat, complete set, not a scatter of loose papers. Less mess for you, and no half-sets: the machine rejects incomplete bundles automatically.<\/p>\n

Paper, waste and respect<\/h2>\n

Door-drop material is printed paper, and we treat that seriously. Homes displaying a No Junk Mail sticker are always skipped \u2014 that is unwanted print that never gets produced for nothing. Machine collation means bundles are counted to the routes we actually deliver, not over-produced.
