Fulfilment Services
From our warehouse in Santa Venera we receive, store and prepare your material for distribution or dispatch — sorting, insertions, pick and pack, and inventory management under one roof. Multi-flyer sets are collated on our 23-station Duplo Esper DM-230V, which detects misfeeds and automatically rejects incomplete sets — every bundle leaves complete. One point of contact from arrival to delivery.
About PostPro
The company behind the letterbox
PostPro is a Maltese distribution company — POSTPRO LTD, based in Santa Venera — delivering unaddressed mail, flyers and mailshots door to door across Malta and Gozo, week in, week out. Coverage is nationwide: 196,996 households, planned locality by locality, so a campaign goes exactly where it is meant to go.
Everything happens under one roof. Campaigns are planned, sorted and collated in-house on our own machinery, then delivered by PostPro’s own distributors — the people who walk your streets every week, and the reason the material actually reaches every door.
The name on the vans is also the standard we answer to: Every Door, Every Time. Homes displaying a no-junk-mail sticker are respected, residents can reach us directly about anything we deliver, and every client receives a weekly Distribution Update — the official record of where we went.

Proof, not promises
PostPro puts your brand in hands, not just inboxes. From our base in Santa Venera we deliver campaigns across the whole country — and unlike most advertising, you see exactly what you got: every campaign is tracked, and every week you receive a Distribution Update listing the areas covered, the official record of your campaign.
If you have a campaign in mind, talk to us before you print — we will confirm your localities, your dates and your material deadline in one conversation.
How a campaign works
Choose your localities
Nationwide, or town by town — we quote per area based on household counts, so you only pay for the homes you want to reach.
We deliver, door to door
Your material reaches letterboxes across your chosen localities over a standard two-week distribution.
You see where we went
Every week you receive our Distribution Update listing the areas covered — the official record of your campaign.
We deliver like guests, not intruders
“No Junk Mail”? Respected.
Homes that display a no-junk-mail sticker are skipped, every time. Reaching people who do not want to be reached helps nobody — least of all your brand.
Tracked and reported
You never wonder where your material went: the weekly Distribution Update lists the areas covered, for every week your campaign runs.
In-house, end to end
Your print run is received, prepared and distributed from our Santa Venera premises — one team, one point of contact.
How we prove delivery
Door-drop has a reputation problem: material that quietly never arrives. We built our whole operation around one rule — no status without a record.
And the record starts before the first letterbox: every multi-flyer campaign is machine-collated on our Duplo Esper DM-230V — a 23-station collation tower that detects misfeeds and missing sheets and automatically rejects any incomplete set. Distributors collect bundles that are complete, counted and ready to deliver. No flyer missing, no set short.
Route by route, by name
Every locality is split into sectors, and every sector has a named distributor. Each route is confirmed individually — started, then completed — as the week unfolds.
No record, no tick
A locality only counts as completed when every one of its routes has a confirmation on file. Nothing is marked done because someone assumes it is.
Your weekly Distribution Update
The weekly report our clients receive is generated from those operational records — the same system our own team runs on, not a summary typed after the fact.

Frequently asked questions
Which areas do you cover?
We cover every locality in Malta and Gozo — the live household counts by town are shown in the coverage section of this page. You can book nationwide coverage or select individual localities, and we quote based on the household counts of the areas you choose. Send us your locality list and we will confirm coverage straight away.
Do you deliver in Gozo?
Yes. We cover every Gozo locality, from Victoria to Xlendi. Gozo distributions are scheduled alongside our regular runs, so the earlier you get in touch, the sooner we can fit you into the next one.
How long does a campaign take?
A standard campaign is distributed over two weeks. If you need it faster, an express service completes distribution in five working days, subject to availability — mention your deadline when you enquire and we will tell you what is possible.
When do you need my material by?
Your full print run should reach our premises in Santa Venera by the Wednesday before your target week. Material arriving later moves to the next available distribution period — so if your dates matter, plan your print run around that Wednesday.
How do I know my material was actually delivered?
Every week we issue a Distribution Update listing the areas distributed. It is our official record of the campaign, and you receive it for as long as your distribution runs.
Is my campaign too small?
No. Campaigns are planned and quoted locality by locality, so a single locality is a perfectly normal campaign. Tell us the area you have in mind and we will confirm its household count and your available dates.
What formats and materials can you distribute?
Flyers, menus, brochures and catalogues — from a single sheet to multi-piece sets. Multi-flyer campaigns are machine-collated into complete bundles before distribution. Not sure about size or paper? Ask before you print and we will advise.
Do you work with charities and community organisations?
Yes — community causes are part of what door-drop does best. Tell us about the cause and the areas you want to reach, and we will see what we can do.
Is a door drop cost-effective compared with digital ads?
Per household reached, door drops are among the lowest-cost paid channels available in Malta. Independent research (JICMAIL Door Drop Report 2025) found that 74% of door drops are opened, read or kept, and that they stay in the home for more than five days on average. Ask us for a proposal and compare the cost per door against your current cost per click.
Is a single locality worth a campaign?
Yes. Single-locality campaigns run every week — a takeaway covering its own town is as normal a job for us as a nationwide drop. No campaign is too small to quote; tell us the locality and we will give you its household count on the spot.
Can you handle thick catalogues or heavier material?
Yes. Our collation line is built for multi-piece and heavier-stock campaigns, including catalogues. Your material is delivered as supplied — we do not fold it. Tell us the format and paper weight when you enquire and we will confirm handling straight away.
Do you work with charities and NGOs?
We do. If you are planning an awareness or fundraising drop, talk to us about your campaign — we are happy to look at charity and community campaigns case by case.
Do you also print my flyers?
PostPro is a distribution specialist — you supply the printed material, and our machine collation and route network take it from there. We work alongside Malta’s printing houses every week: if you already have a printer, we will coordinate delivery of your print run straight to our warehouse; if you need one, ask us and we will gladly point you to trusted partners.
