DoorDrop OS is the platform that runs PostPro’s entire door-drop operation — every campaign, every locality, every route, on one live record. It is where your campaign is programmed, tracked and reported from the moment you book to the day the last letterbox is reached.

The status ladder your Distribution Updates follow — a status only moves when a recorded confirmation moves it.
In development — launching September 2026
DoorDrop OS is not a public tool. Accounts are issued by PostPro — there is no self-registration. If you are running a campaign with us, access comes as part of it; ask us and we will set you up. If you are not a client yet, the door in is a proposal. The platform is currently in active development, with launch targeted for September 2026 — clients joining now will be among the first onboarded.

01
Every booking is planned locality by locality and week by week, from your start week to completion — so you always know where your material is going, and when.
02
Our distributors confirm every route as they work it, and those confirmations are what move your campaign’s status. No record, no tick — the same rule we publish on this website is the rule the platform enforces.
03
Your weekly Distribution Update is generated directly from the live campaign record — not typed up afterwards. What you receive is what happened.
Our own team runs scheduling, dispatch and sorting in the same platform. One system, one record — what you see is what we work from.
