What personal data we collect

When you contact us through our website forms or our distribution proposal form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and messages. Our website uses cookies and analytics (Google tools) to understand how visitors use the site.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, plan and run distribution campaigns you commission, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data lives and how long we keep it

Form submissions and proposal requests are stored in our website and campaign-management systems, hosted with established providers. We keep enquiry and campaign records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make our website and operations work (hosting, email, analytics, our campaign-management system). They process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for a copy of it. Write to info@postpro.mt and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

Households receiving our distributions

Our door-drop service delivers unaddressed material: we plan by locality and route, not by personal data, and we do not hold marketing profiles of individual households. We do not keep lists of individual households: residents who prefer not to receive material can display a “No Junk Mail” sticker, which our distributors honour. If you write to us about a delivery matter, we keep your correspondence only as long as needed to resolve it.
